Got da buns in da haauuse!

We have been thinking of bringing the buns in the house for some time now. Due to the impending "winter storm" this weekend we decided to bring Cinnamon and Bambi in the house. Temporarily they will be in the guest bathroom (where they have been before), until we come up with a permanent home for them. Clint and Gerald are in the garage. I will bring them in the garage when the temps are below 20 degrees (like this weekend and next week). I can't figure out how to get them all in the house, so we will do this for now. Here are some pics just after I brought them in tonight.Cinnamon is already trying to get out. I will let them run around the house when we are home. Right now Bambi needs to be supervised, and I still need to do some bunny proofing.

They look cozy, ready for the weather. We are already a bit chilly here on the CA Central Coast. I hope warm rabbits everywhere are grateful. Hmmmmm.....

Oh boy this is going to be fun to watch! We brought the potatoes in from the barn for the week too, and already there is about 1/2 inch of snow here on our side of the hill ...

Well .. wasn't THAT a nice surprise this morning? Bet the guys were double happy to be in! And .. not traipsing through 7" of white to go feed and water was nice as well.

Listen .. we are doing a charity here at The House of Rabbits this Christmas. We put all the names of our bunny blogger friends into a big soup cup and then Bunny Lady drew out 4. You are one of them!

We have gone to this site ..
www.bunnytunesusa.org and paid for four cds or DVDs of Bunny Tunes. Now you go there and pick out which ever one you want, and, also tell them what rescue group you want the money to go to .. if you aren't familiar with how Bunny Tunes works, it is all there on that site. So is a picture of Zoey, singing her heart out!

Anyway, you get the fun music and some rescue gets some money and we get warm hearts.

The lady there is Jane and she is expecting your order. her e-mail is
bunnytunesusa-orders@usfamily.net
if need be.

Merry Christmas from all of us at The House of Rabbits!
